FedEx has activated contingency plans to mitigate impacts from a global IT outage experienced by a third party software vendor. The FedEx network is operating across the globe, but potential delays are possible for package deliveries with a commitment of July 19, 2024. FedEx is committed to providing the best service possible.


For specific shipment status information, please track your shipment at fedex.com. Residential recipients can enroll in FedEx Delivery Manager to stay informed of their shipment’s progress.

Currently we are not able to ship, or sell, any of our Delta 8 products to the following states: New York, Vermont, Washington, Rhode Island, Alaska, Arizona, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, and Utah. 

Restricted - Military Bases


Please note that at this time we cannot deliver to Military Bases. If you place an order to one of these locations you will receive a notification that your order has been refunded for the full amount of the purchase. We are sorry for any inconvenience; we will keep you informed of any changes to this policy. 

Restricted - PO Boxes
