Dosing Guidelines:
Adults take half a dropper (approx. 10 drops or .5mL). Drop under the tongue, let dissolve for 15-20 seconds before ingesting. Please allow one hour before increasing or decreasing your dosage. Do not exceed more than one full dropper in a day.
